Brian brings his 27 years of experience in Corporate Aviation to iAA and has a an impressive list of aircraft maintenance and inspection accomplishments. He is a certified Bombardier Global Express Master Technician and also has a deep understanding of large Gulfstream aircraft. Brian has extensive experience with flight department operations, maintenance and inspection execution, budget planning, vendor relationships, aircraft records review, AOG support, and a specialization in large inspection invoice auditing.

Brian has previously worked for The Air Group as a Remote Maintenance Manager, with Clay Lacy Aviation as Director of Maintenance, and with Jet Aviation as a Maintenance Manager. Additionally, he has also started two 135 certificates from the ground up and was the Director of Maintenance at Jem Air Holdings and Golden West Airlines. He has also been Director of Maintenance with multiple part 91 flight departments specializing in Aircraft Management and Maintenance Oversight. Until the project is complete, Brian won't stop pushing for excellence. Erin brings a wealth of experience in luxury hospitality which uniquely positions her as the Director of Cabin Services with over 20 years of experience in both domestic and international operations. Her expertise in cabin and galley outfitting, coupled with her focus on functionality and efficiency, guarantees an unparalleled flight experience for passengers. As an expert with a keen eye for cabin design and management, she has a depth of knowledge for how to create a truly luxurious escape for the most elite world travelers. Her collaborative approach with local management teams ensures that high-performance standards are consistently met, contributing to positive flight experience.

Torch is an entrepreneur, brand and product developer, and licensed property and casualty insurance producer in the state of California. His career has a throughline of “brokering risk,” from the racetrack to producing insurance. By trade, Torch is a welder who specializes in trackside repair within the motorsports arenas of the NHRA, NASCAR and IndyCar; it was through his passion for welding that he got the nickname, "Torch". Through his business endeavors, often working multiple consulting jobs simultaneously, he has helped global leaders and Fortune 500 companies bring both niche and broadly relevant technologies to the market that have bettered the performance and lifestyle of its consumers. Torch is an enthusiastic and supportive teammate and mentor to his colleagues and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Some of his notable accomplishments include facilitating sunglass maker Oakley launch their "Rolling O" mobile store to racetracks throughout the country. He also founded Torch Wear Inc., which went on to be a successful personal protective equipment brand used in private and military operations. 

Lindsey specializes in marketing and technology and is dedicated to helping startups thrive in the business and aviation sectors. With a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems, and Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), she is passionate about business development and ensuring the overall success of the companies that she works for. She specializes in marketing and IT/Tech, and always ensures the highest level of customer service. Her knowledge and expertise make her a valuable asset in providing exceptional service to our iAA clients.

Concurrent with holding the title of Director of Marketing and Technology at iAA, Lindsey has also been the Director of Marketing at a tech company where she has first hand experience with the execution of a successful mobile app launch and marketing campaigns.
